WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY?

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
An appointment fee is required to secure your booking.
Some services require full payment upfront.
No appointment is secured until the required payment has been received.
All appointment fees and payments are non-refundable and non-negotiable at all times.
Payment is taken directly from your card at the time of booking
Any payment processing or marketplace fees charged by booking platforms or payment providers (e.g. the app, Klarna, Clearpay) are non-refundable, as these fees are not paid to us.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS
You may reschedule your appointment once only with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without losing your appointment fee or any top-up treatment entitlement.
Cancellations 48 hours before your appointment will require 50% payment of the treatment cost.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, rescheduling more than once, or failure to attend will result in the loss of your appointment fee.
Same-day cancellations require full payment for the appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may not be completed and your appointment fee will be forfeited.
If you arrive early, there is a waiting area inside the clinic. It has drinks so please help yourself.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Accepted Answer

The closest car park is St Andrews, just a 1-2 minute walk from the clinic. Please bare in mind the car park and city-centre traffic can be very busy, so please leave with time to spare! If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may not be completed and your appointment fee will be forfeited.
