Booking + Cancellation Policy
Booking Appointments
- An appointment fee is required to secure your booking.
- Some services require full payment upfront.
- No appointment is secured until the required payment has been received.
- All appointment fees and payments are non-refundable and non-negotiable at all times.
- Payment is taken directly from your card at the time of booking.
- Any payment processing or marketplace fees charged by booking platforms or payment providers (e.g. the app, Klarna, Clearpay) are non-refundable, as these fees are not paid to us.
Rescheduling + cancellations
- You may reschedule your appointment once only with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without losing your appointment fee or any top-up treatment entitlement.
- Cancellations 48 hours before your appointment will require 50% payment of the treatment cost.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, rescheduling more than once, or failure to attend will result in the loss of your appointment fee.
- Same-day cancellations require full payment for the appointment.
late arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may not be completed and your appointment fee will be forfeited.
- If you arrive early, there is a waiting area inside the clinic. There are complimentary drinks while you wait, so please help yourself.
