Pre-Treatment Advice
• Avoid alcohol at least 48 hours before the treatments.
• Avoid blood-thinning medication/supplements if safe (3–5 days).
• Arrive with clean skin/hair (no makeup, creams, oils or SPF).
• Avoid retinol, exfoliants, peels, or laser treatments 1 week before.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a timely start. late arrival will mean the treatment cannot go ahead and will result in the loss of your deposit/payment.
Aftercare Advice
• Mild redness/swelling is normal for up to 72 hours after.
• Do not touch or pick treated area.
• Avoid washing: face (4–6 hrs), scalp (24hrs).
• Avoid heat treatments and sweating (sauna, steam, gym) for 48 hours.
• Use gentle skincare only (no active ingredients for 7 days).
• Apply SPF 30+ daily after 24 hours.
