Pre-Treatment Advice
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.

• Avoid blood-thinning medications/supplements (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 3–5 days if medically safe.

• Stay well hydrated.

• Avoid treatment if you have any active skin infections, cold sores, or are feeling unwell.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a timely start. late arrival will mean the treatment cannot go ahead and will result in the loss of your deposit/payment.
Aftercare Advice
• AVOID TOUCHING OR APPLYING MAKE UP TO THE TREATED AREA FOR 24 HOURS.

• AVOID ALCOHOL, INTENSE EXERCISE, AND HEAT (SAUNAS/STEAM ROOMS) FOR 48 HOURS.

• EXPECT MILD SWELLING, REDNESS, OR BRUISING. THIS IS NORMAL AND TEMPORARY.
​
• AVOID FACIALS OR SKIN TREATMENTS FOR 1–2 WEEKS.
​
• FOLLOW ALL AFTERCARE ADVICE PROVIDED AND CONTACT YOUR PRACTITIONER IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS.
